How to Manage Your Account & Profile Settings ⚙️

Your Account Settings is your control center for managing your profile, team, and platform usage. Here's how to make the most of it!

Edit Your Profile ✏️

  1. Upload profile picture: Add a professional photo with the camera icon

  2. Personal information: Your full name, Team, Phone, Email, Position, Address

  3. 🔒 Security Settings:

    a. Change your passwords anytime for account security

    b. Admins can enable or disable two-factor authentication for their team

Manage Your Team ✏️

Go to the settings, bottom left corner, select Profile & Team

  1. Make it Your Own: Add your logo and company name

  2. Invite new members: Click "Invite to the team" to add colleagues

  3. Active vs Pending: Keep track of your active and pending team members

  4. View members and roles: See who's in your team with which role (Admin, Member, or on Free Trial)

  5. Update your team members: Edit or delete team members

Track your Usage - Platform Analytics 📊

Go to the settings, bottom left corner, select Analytics

  1. Messages left: See how many messages you have remaining with your license

  2. Time saved: Discover how much time AI workers have saved you and your team

  3. Total interactions: Track your overall platform engagement

  4. Team Overview: Filter for the time frame your are interested in

  5. Export team data as CSV for reporting

  6. Team member usage statistics

    • Messages used

    • Most used AI workers by each member

    • Login activity and join dates
