Admins can customize contacts - Hide workers and arrange categories

Too many workers on your Contacts page? Feeling overwhelmed?

We’ve got you covered. 🙌

Now, team admins can fully customize the Contacts page. Hide or unhide workers that aren’t in use, and even arrange worker categories in the sidebar to fit your team’s needs.


🔒 How to Hide / Unhide Workers

  1. Go to the Contacts page and click Customize.

  2. Select the workers you want to hide, or hide an entire category by clicking Hide All.

  3. Hit Done and enjoy a cleaner view.

To bring them back:

  • Click Customize again.

  • Select the faded (hidden) workers you want to unhide.

  • Or, if you hid a full category, just click Show All.

    Done! Your workers are visible again.


🗂️ How to Arrange Categories in the Sidebar

  1. Click Customize on the Contacts page.

  2. Hover over the four-dot icon next to a category name. Your cursor will turn into a hand.

  3. Drag and arrange categories in the order you like.

  4. Click Done to save your setup.


✅ That’s it! With a few clicks, your Contacts page is now clean, organized, and tailored to your workflow.
