This feature is currently in beta testing, and we’d love your feedback. If users love it, we’ll bring this capability to Rachel next.

2. Smarter Rules for Agents⚡

Just set additional instructions, and your agent will remember them and respond accordingly for a more personalized experience.

3. Redesigned Contacts Page 🎨

We’ve given the Contacts page a cleaner, more intuitive design for a better user experience.

Now, you can see more information about each agent simply by hovering over their name -faster, smarter, easier.

4. Links Support in the Editor🔗

You can now insert clickable links directly into the editor, making your chats, notes, and drafts more interactive and connected.
